Error message example:
Code:

Solution for the error manifest for docker.io .. tag not found :

You have to specify a tag or do not give the tag definition.
Code:
docker run --name some-mysql -e MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD=my-secret-pw -d mysql

Example:
Code:
[root@devopsrun2 ~]# docker run --name some-mysql -e MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD=my-secret-pw -d mysql
